2019 NADRC Webinar (September 26, 2019): Measuring the Impact of Dementia-Friendly Education and Training Sessions

2019 NADRC Webinar:
Measuring the Impact of Dementia-Friendly Education and Training Sessions

Description:
A group of Administration for Community Living (ACL) grantees worked with ACL and the NADRC to create brief tools for measuring the impact of dementia-friendly training and education efforts. The resulting tools focus on knowledge, attitudes, and behavior or practice change outcomes. The tools are part of a “toolkit” that includes background on how the tools were developed, information about the use, scoring, and reporting of the tools, and an annotated version of the tools for those who are interested in the source of the questions.

This web seminar provides background for why the tools were created, the process used to create the tools, and a review of the content in the toolkit. The tools referenced in the presentation are available at: https://nadrc.acl.gov/node/172.
