The Live Alone Dementia Safety Net Algorithm is a tool designed to provide guidance on the provision of dementia-informed care for social service providers and staff members of community-based organizations. Given the nature of the use of the algorithm, the target audience of the dissemination activities focused on professionals serving older adults.

Book of Alzheimer’s for African-American Churches
The Book of Alzheimer’s is written for church leaders interested in helping families cope with dementia. Its development was sponsored by the African-American Dementia Outreach Partnership (AADOP) at the University of Kentucky’s Sanders-Brown Center on Aging. This manual is designed to share lessons learned during three years of a national grant to build awareness and support related to Alzheimer’s disease in the Lexington/ Bluegrass area of Kentucky.
